Here you can read some details about a nifty little lifecycle of your order's journey from the time you place your order to your new treasures arriving at your doorstep. At first, you choose the product you like, then you put into your shopping cart and pass the checkout process in a few clicks. Our store offers several payment and delivery methods, so you have an opportunity to choose which one is the most convenient for you.

Product Availability
We make every effort to display accurate stock availability on the website but stock levels are subject to change without notification.

Please note that all orders are subject to availability and stock is not reserved until your order has been confirmed. Items placed in your basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Registering
To be able to place an order from our website you will be asked to register. You must provide your name, email address and a password to register. You are required to provide information that is true, accurate and current.

If any of your registration details change please update this on the website or notify us on sales@magicolafashion.com

You will be asked to provide a password when registering and this should be kept secure at all times.

Delivery methods
DHL Express is an easy and convenient way to receive items in your city. Shop in our online store then selects DHL Express as the delivery type.

We will dispatch approved orders as quickly as possible but delivery timescales will be dependent on the delivery method chosen in checkout. Delivery times vary depending on country and certain postcodes within the USA.

If we are unable to dispatch all or part of an order due to stock or other reasons, we will inform you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be able to cancel the order and a refund for the full order amount, including shipping will be provided to you.


International delivery
International delivery is regulated by EXW, Incoterms 2020. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the store shall not be deemed to be in a delay in delivery of the goods unless actual delivery of goods occurs later than four weeks from the quoted approximate delivery date and having received the Buyer’s written notification. The buyer shall comply with all laws governing the importation of the goods into the country of destination.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Your right to cancel an order
You have the right to cancel your order in writing within 7 days of delivery of the goods. You will need to return the item(s) by post. Once returned we will refund all items undamaged, unused and with all labels and tags intact.

If returns are damaged, soiled, washed, worn (other than trying the item on) or alternated the products may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.


Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item please contact us so we can arrange for the items to be returned.
